Happy Easter 2008

Hope you all had a great Easter. Ours was very nice and relaxing. Saturday we took Gabriel to the Easter egg hunt that our church was putting on. He had a blast. They did pictures with the Easter Bunny and with a Tiger.(not sure yet what the Tiger was there for) You'll notice in the pictures that Gabe chose to only pick up the blue eggs. Not sure why but he just didn't want to pick up the other colors. There was a really good turnout. They had over 600 people show up. Needless to say, they went with the fake plastic eggs and then each child got a goody bag to take home.
You'll also notice Gabriel's INSANE Easter basket. This was COMPLETELY Michael's doing. He would buy a few monster trucks here and there and I really don't think he realized how many he ended up with until he went to put the basket together. I still can't believe how many he ended up with. Gabe doesn't eat much candy AT ALL so there was no candy for his basket, just the toys. I think I'd rather him have the candy. (ha ha) Anyway, we went to church Sunday morning and since there was no evening service, we just came home after having lunch with Granny Gwen, Paw Paw Don and Uncle Jeff and relaxed the rest of the day.
